Description: This webinar will provide an overview of online (or digital) retail fraud, particularly the types of retail fraud committed, the clearnet and darknet spaces where retail fraud occurs, the ways online retail fraud is committed, the perpetrators and targets of retail fraud, and the ways to investigate and combat digital retail fraud.
At the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Recognize common digital fraud trends, schemes, and victim vulnerabilities.
- Identify perpetrators of digital retail fraud.
- Describe the ways retail fraud occurs and where it occurs within clearnet and darknet spaces.
- Identify ways to investigate and combat digital retail fraud.
