With 18 years of experience in payments and compliance, Mahendra Maraka has dedicated the majority of his career to leading engineering initiatives that build robust systems in these sectors. Currently, he serves as a Compliance Officer at X (formerly Twitter), a position he has held for the past 8 months. Prior to this, Mahendra spent nearly 14 years at eBay and has also worked at Chase and Wells Fargo, where he played a key role in developing innovative payment and compliance solutions.

Cihat Fitzgerald is managing director at Batavion Advisory Group, a boutique consulting firm servicing clients that benefit from deep expertise related to payments risk, operations, trust & safety, fraud control, and compliance. Prior to Batavion, Cihat worked at Visa for ten years where he served as VP of Global Ecosystem Security & Integrity.
