Ronald Barron, U.S. Postal Inspector. Ron will be presenting on Check Fraud trends and prevention from the perspective of the U.S. Postal system, how financial institutions can partner with the Postal Inspection Service to check against fraud schemes and educate clients.
David Greenwood, Fraud Investigations Manager, Star Bank and former Detective with the Chicago Police Department in Financial Crimes. David will be presenting on identifying and managing Phishing/Smishing Frauds and how to utilize education to combat fraud schemes related to customer behaviors.
