8:40 am – 10:35 am  APPLE- This workshop encompasses a discussion in relation to Apple's legal process guidelines for government & law enforcement, including making legal requests of Apple for available data & related technical queries. The session is of interest to investigators & analysts, seeking to gain a greater understanding of the process of making legal requests for information to Apple. The course covers: types of data available from Apple, to include Apple Pay, effective practices in making legal requests to Apple, a technical dive into forensics, & utilizing the responsive data.
